Jefferson Plaza Redevelopment Reopens in North Miami Beach

Jefferson Plaza reopened recently in North Miami Beach with a wave of new exciting tenants after a major renovation.

Located on Northeast 167th Street between Northeast 8th Avenue and Northeast 10th Avenue, the new center now totals over 200,000 square feet of retail. The project was 100 percent pre-leased by Andrew Pearl at IMA.

In addition to anchor tenants Publix and Lowe’s Home Improvement (currently under construction), the center is now home to Marshall’s, Five Below, Chick Fil-A, Chipotle, Aspen Dental, Dunkin’, AT&T, Smoothie King and Le Nail Spa, as well as a new Murphy USA gas station.

This development is now the highlight of a booming east-west corridor connecting I-95 to the surrounding North Miami Beach.
