IMA Signs Bravo Supermarkets at McNab Plaza

IMA has leased approximately 25,000 square feet of prime retail space to Bravo Supermarkets at McNab Plaza in Tamarac.

The big box space formerly occupied by Winn Dixie is currently being redeveloped, with ownership installing a new storefront among other capital improvements.

The center is located at the northwest corner of University Drive and McNab Road and nearby tenants include Wendy’s, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Shell, Dunkin, CVS, Aldi and DD’s Discounts.

The agents who handled this transaction were Russell Levene and Josh Baumgard.
