Appliances 4 Less Adds 3 Locations in South Florida

Appliances 4 Less has recently added three new locations in South Florida with the assistance of IMA’s tenant representation division.

The open-box appliance store added locations at RK California Club (850 Ives Dairy Road, Miami), Midpoint Shopping Center (521 Northeast 81st Street, Miami), and Arbor Square (2565 N Dixie Hwy, Lake Worth Beach). Josh Baumgard and Russell Levene represented IMA on the three deals.
