Cano Health Acquires University Health Care for $600 Million and Increases 2021 Adjusted EBITDA Guidance to Over $100 Million

IMA announced it leased 15,000 square feet to Cano Health at the Woodmont Shoppes. The space was formerly a Walgreens.

Woodmont Shoppes is a neighborhood center located on the southwest corner of University Drive and Northwest 82nd Street in Tamarac, Florida. Other tenants at this center include Little Giants Academy, Klareich Dental, and Advanced Pain Control Center.

The agents who handled these transactions, which was co-brokered with Jensen Realty, were Josh Baumgard and Russell Levene.
